Chili's - 169

So... how do you like my new layout? I've been so bad lately... especially with sweets. I seem to think that if I'm still within my cals it's ok to have it. Case in point, the 350 cal slice of cake I had yesterday. Peer pressure caused me to eat it. If I had gained this morning I would have kicked myself.

Oh, for two days now, my hubby has had less calories than me. Fuck... if that isn't a sign that I need to step it up, I don't know what is. I need water. I need exercise. What's worse, I have to go out to eat today with some clients. =-P

Exercise This Morning:

- 30 modified push ups
- 100 crunches
- 30 reverse crunches
- 30 bench dips

Breakfast:

- Apple Cinnamon Cereal Bar (130 cals and 3 grams of fat)

Snack:

- 1.2 Pink Grapefruit with Sweet N Low (37 cals and no fat)

Lunch at Chili's:

- Garlic Shrimp Caesar Salad with six shrimp and no cheese (452 cals)
- 15 croutons (93 cals)

Note: Next time, dressing on the side and no croutons.

Snack:

- See's Truffle (90 cals, 5.5 grams of fat)

Dinner:

- 2 Shots of Tequila (65 cals)
- Diet Pepsi Twist (0 cals)- One Wheatable Cracker (5 cals)

Night Exercise:

- 10 modified push ups
- Vigorously Cleaned House for 1.5 Hours

Water: 58 oz.
