My Eliptical - 167

J got me an early birthday present (my birthday isn't until June 3)... an eliptical! Whoo hoo! It's nice too. It has six workout programs, heart rate monitor, full digital display, fan, drink holder and adjustable pedals. It rocks! No excuse not to exercise now... none.

Inspired by the gift, I've also endeavored to be more active around the house. I mowed the front and side lawn in an hour yesterday. Of course, that put me out of commission for the night. (Boy am I out of shape) But I did get in a nice bath and managed to at least get my clothes in the closet.

J's mom is coming this weekend. I'm thrilled. I'm also a bit swamped at work. I have to get everything done this week at work or else face the music when I come on Friday to show my mother in law my office and give her a tour. We have a full four-day weekend planned. It's going to be fun.

Tonight, J and I are going to the Rangers game. We have become huge fans since we moved here. The fact that they are the #1 team in baseball right now is SO awesome!

All right... work time. I was a piggie this weekend so my weight doesn't make me happy. Duh... you'd think I'd realize by now that there's a connection.
