Low Cal and Healthy - 169
Off to a good start this morning.Breakfast:- 1 Cinnamon Raisin Bagel with no cream cheese (260 cals)I'm going to drink lots of water today so I stay full. Since the boss is out, I may go to lunch anyway, since I'm leaving early. But no matter what I do, I'm doing it low cal and healthy.Lunch/Dinner:- 40 oz. water
- Eggplant Parmigiana
- Two garlic biscuitsSo far, so good! I actually had energy for class tonight. It was amazing. I think that I've been drowning myself so much in the comfort of food that I've been overstuffing myself to the point that I'm losing energy and not gaining it. Losing energy, gaining weight...
