Inner Motivation - 167
Wow... I really must have been full to the hilt with food! Thus... the four pound loss in two days. I've cut my calories just by writing down what I eat. Heck, I'm getting back to where I'm ashamed to eat badly because I know I will have to report it.My motivation has always revolved around having someone to impress, report to, work for. Why should it be any different that it takes that same motivation to lose weight?Next step... reporting when I clean the house, when I do laundry, etc.Breakfast:3/4 Cinnamon Raisin Bagel, no cream cheeseLunch:- 1/2 Cup Grilled Chicken
- Cup of mixed veggies (mushrooms, squash, onion)
- Cup of white rice (Sorry... I like white rice) with 1 tbsp of Soy Sauce
- 32 oz of waterDinner:- 2" x 2" square piece of veggie pizza
- Plain bagel with lowfat strawberry cream cheese
- Handul of semi-sweet chocolate chipsWeight: 167
