Food = Weight Loss - 167
I told you. By Wednesday I will be back to 167. Lo and behold... this morning I stepped on the scales and those numbers popped up. Do I know my body or what? I'm doing well with food, though. Tomorrow I'm starting a 64 oz per day water regimen. Once I'm hydrated, I can exercise in this humidity. I'm figuring to the stoplight and back, which is 2 miles... I'll do that 3x per week...2 to start. I'll start out walking and then go to running eventually... just like before. One thing is for sure, with this new body chemistry I do have to eat to lose weight. Hunger hurts and starvation no longer works. Blah...Breakfast:- Cinnamon and raisin bagel with no cream cheeseLunch/Dinner:- 32 oz. of Diet Coke with Vanilla and Cherry Splashes
- 32 oz. of water
- One cup of salad with sesame dressing
- 1/2 a cup of miso soup
- 6 pcs of small tuna roll
- 6 pcs of small yellowtail roll
- 6 pcs of California Roll with masago
- 1/8 cup of soy sauce
- GingerSo far so good... I was really busy today and bought a sandwich for lunch. It didn't get eaten. Oh well... looks like I have something for tomorrow, right?Weight: 167
