I started doing Flylady.com's program for Sidetracked Home Executives. I'm going to put my Control Journal on here.

1. Did you have any lunch?

Yes, I just did. Grilled Santa Fe Chicken Salad with Honey Mustard dresing from Sonic

2. Have you exercised any today?

No... but I plan to. I did yesterday. Hubby is still sick, so I'll definitely have alone time to get on the eliptical.

3. Go do a *5 Minute Room Rescue!

This is where you set a timer and clean for 5 minutes straight. I'm going to try this when I get home. For my office 5 minutes, I'm going to go put some boxes in the storage closet.

4. Have you taken a break this afternoon to just sit and be good to yourself?

No I haven't. But that will come tonight when I get home. I plan on taking a nice bath and then redoing my nails and toenails.

5. Empty Your Trash

I did that this morning. Trash day... I was pulling out of the garage and I noticed all of the neighbor's stuff out. So I ran back in and grabbed all the trash and threw it out. Go me!

6. Where is your Laundry?

All over the place. In the living room. In the dryer. All over the floor of my closet. You name it. Bad... I know.

7. Start Supper if you havent put it in our secret weapon, the crockpot!

I'll have to pick up some crockpot receipes. Never considered using that.

8. Check your calendar for appointments this afternoon.

I did. I have a meeting in 15 minutes.
