So Good! - 168
I was good this morning. I got on my eliptical on the fat burning program and burned 200 cals. Then I did 20 curls with each arm, 20 tricep dips, 10 lateral raises per arm and 100 crunches. WAY GOOD... then I pounded a 12 oz glass of water for good measure. The only thing I did wrong was skip breakfast.J was kind enough to teach for me last night. So I got some MUCH needed rest. I was so dead tired I barely knew my name. He's a good man.Our blinds are all up in our house. I'm so happy not to have to hide from the neighbors.My office is moving to another floor in a few weeks, so I wil need to pack up. I'll still be sharing an office unless my office mate decides to leave. You may think that's not possible... but three brand managers, one intern and one marketing specialist have left since I've been here. You never know who will get fed up next.Weight: 168
