Life Update - 172

My first day of my next quarter starts today. I'm teaching Customer Relations. Care to guess to how many students? Fortunately not the whopping 2 students I had last quarter. I'm teaching 40. Wow... I've never had a class that huge before. Last time I had an audience that big I was in a school play.

Some of my shows are doing awesome... #1 on their networks and such. But some... let's just say they have never been on TV and never will OR haven't been on TV for YEARS. Like my class... either a huge awesome class or a pithy 2 students. Yin and Yang and no grey in between. Such is my life.

My house is in total chaos right now. We moved our living room upstairs, as we decided that the game area would go better downstairs. So the area that was our living area is quite neglected. We ate in our master last night because it was the cleanest room in the house. It's a nice room to eat in, though... I just wish that the rest of the house were together.

This Friday, my book club is finally meeting up to read that book Plainsong. It's been almost a month since I finished it. I hope to God I can remember it. This Saturday is pretty well open for housekeeping, garden weeding, and generally putting my life in order after my grandmother passed and I had the LA event all in a row. A week after that, J and I are going to a Halloween party where we'll be happily carving pumpkins and playing poker. Ooooh Knives and Gambling!!!! Sounds fun!

Well, I better get up off of my butt and prepare to leave. I want to get in early to make sure that my syllabus copies have been made, I have a roster, and I have a chance to find out what room I'm in. (Definitely must-know info)

Oh yes, before I depart. I'm a pig. Then again, you knew that... you're all just too nice to tell me.
