Weight loss seems to be going fine. 171 today... but I'm happy with the inch in waist size that I've lost in just a few days. (34.5" waist now from 36") =-)Breakfast:- Two eggs, overeasy (203 cals, 15 fat)
- Three strips of well done bacon (88 cals, 7 fat)
- 1/4 cup of grits with one pack of sweet n low (46 cals, 3 fat)
- 1.5 cups of coffee with two half and half and 1 sweet n low (126 cals, 0 fat)
- One piece of wheat toast with strawberry jam (100 cals, 2 fat)Lunch/Snack:- 1/2 cup of pecans (374 cals, 39 fat)
- 6 oz glass of white wine (121 cals, 0 fat)1,058 cals so far. Now... dinner.- Diet Pepsi (0 cals, 0 fat)
- 2 pieces of torilla chicken melt at Applebee's (240 cals, 7.5 fat)
- Tango Chicken Sandwich minus one strawberry and four pieces of pineapple (324 cals, 9 fat)Total Cals Today: 1,622Total Fat Today: 82.5I'm going to go clean the bedroom and upstairs bathrooms now. Then maybe bring the Playstation downstairs and do a little Dance Dance Revolution.Weight: 171
