Dying from DDR - 170
I did Dance Dance Revolution for 30 minutes yesterday. I was dying! Working to get back into shape... but its tough.Breakfast:- Cup and a half of Special K Vanilla Almond (220 cals, 2 fat)
- Cup and a half of lactose free milk (135 cals, 4 fat)Lunch:- Subway 6" Sweet N Sour Chicken on Wheat, no cheese (380 cals, 5 fat)
- Jalapeno chips (190 cals, 11 fat)
- Diet PepsiSnack:- Five crackers with Gouda Cheese (~ 150 cals, ~ 5 fat)- 6 oz glass of white wine (121 cals, 0 fat)So far... 1,196 cals and approx 27 fat.I went to Wal-Mart today and bought a green turtleneck, a pair of jeans and a nice dress shirt/sweater. The jeans are size 14 and fit a little snug. My goal is to get down to a comfortable 12 in two months. I think that's attainable.Dinner:- 1/2 Chicken, dark meat, no skin (170 cals, 6.7 fat)
- Spanish Rice (181 cals, 5 fat)
1/2 side of Black Beans (55.5 cals, 0 fat)
- 8 oz of Water (0 cals, 0 fat)Total ~ Cals Today: 1,603Total ~ Fat: 38.7However crazy it may sound, I think I'm going to do DDR again tonight after I finish oiling the wood in the house (sprucing up for Thanksgiving). It was really fun!Weight: 170
