- Diet Pepsi (0 cals, 0 fat)I got to work very late, so not much time to chat. It's raining here and a three car accident shut down the two-lane highway I commute on.Dinner:- Tender Roast Chicken meal with green beans and seasoned rice (420 cals, 7 fat)
- Glass of Pinot Grigio (121 cals, 0 fat)Total Cals Today: 1,191Total Fat: 17Wow... I was phenomenally good today. Go me! Weight: 171 (Probably just need to go to the bathroom)
