I know I was naughty yesterday. So, instead of writing down all of the calories I'm just going to (embarassingly) write down what I ate.Breakfast:- Cup and a half of Special K Almont (220 cals)
- Cup and a half of lactose free milk (120 cals)Lunch/Dinner:- Turkey Leg (102 cals)
- 1/2 cup mashed potatoes (113 cals)
- Cranberry sauce (87 cals)
- 1/2 cup of stuffing (153 cals)
- One roll (145 cals)
- Piece of pecan pie (503 cals)
- Piece of sweet potato pie (300 cals)
- One bite of cobbler (25 cals)
- Piece of pumpkin pie (324 cals)
- One sugar cookie (43 cals)
- 3 glasses of white wine (363 cals)As you can see, it was a lot... ok... I can't resist. Counting cals but not fat.Total Calories: 2,498... imagine, no mom's pecan pie and I would have been within my calorie limit... barely.I wasn't too great today either.Breakfast:- Two pancakes, one chocolate chip and one pecan with syrup (about 450 cals)
- 1.5 pcs of bacon (70 cals, 6 fat)Lunch:- One cheese enchilada (320 cals, 18 fat)
- Cup of spanish rice (216 cals, 4 fat)
- Diet Coke (0 cals, 0 fat)Dinner:- 1/2 turkey, avocado and bacon sandwich (about 250 cals)
- 1/2 cup of mashed potatoes (113 cals, 4 fat)
- 1 piece of pumpkin pie (324 cals, 15 fat)
- 1 piece of sweet potato pie (about 300 cals)
