Dland has been quite the headache. Every time I get motivated to post, something is going on with the system. But I'm cheap and don't want to spring for the gold membership. Oh well, inaction is its own form of action.

So, I'm studying for my GMAT. I have to make over 600 and my goal is to make 650 so I can get into SMU. If I don't get in there, then I will be ok with A&M Commerce. But I really would like to go to a name brand school since I graduated in my undergrad from Cal State Hood. Uh... San Bernardino. Anyway, that's what's preoccupying all of my time right now. I take the test April 9th. So I'm taking some vacation to study. It amounts to a full week of vacation that I'm taking. I hope its enough.

I did end up hiring two people. My first one started just a few days after he was hired. He's doing an excellent job. The other begins work April 1. Yes, that's a Friday. But I want her to get settled before the week starts and things get crazy. I think I made some good hiring decisions.

I've been traveling a lot. I went to Wizard World LA. I did an interview with Jim Lee for a product I'm doing. And I met Kevin Smith to discuss another product. My job can be so damned cool sometimes. Just standing there amongst his fans talking to the Kevin Smith about business is way too cool. I had a bit of a fan girl moment before he turned around. MY LIP started quivering. I have the coolest mementos from WWLA. Jim Lee signed one of my promotional posters and drew a side view of one of his characters. Kevin Smith signed the packaging of one the exclusive WWLA inaction figure that I bought. "Diane - Thanks for the DVD help. - Kevin Smith" Fuck I love my life.

Time for dinner. I need some R and R. I'm letting the GMAT stress me WAY too much. Love to hear some study tips or compare scores.
