Ha! What luck! Right after I left that note in my own notes area, DLand loaded right up. Note to all: I've been trying to get in for at least 10 mins.

Well, I'm going to go to the gym today because I'm a fatty. I haven't really gained or lost weight... I'm just a fatty. Lots going on this summer for me. I'm traveling all over the place, working with a handful of celebrities, and generally having a career instead of a life. Really, the two have begun to mesh together.

I still haven't written P&K back about their move with H to Penn. I don't know what to say. What can I say? Good for you, enjoy the baby and I'll enjoy my career? It just buzzes my butt these days to see moms doing both successfully. But still, I'm living my dreams. No one is going to tell me I can't do anything. If I get accepted to SMU, I'm going. I don't give a flying fuck if I have to take out loans. It's my dream to go to a nationally ranked school. And dammit... if they want me, I'm going. I get news on the amount of my tuition reimbursement in a couple of weeks. Hopefully its a good amount. I'm also going to apply for some scholarships. If all works out, I will be in school by August 2005 and out by December 2007. I will be 31 almost 32. That gives me 2 years child-free with my MBA. After that, at age 34, I'm having kids and changing my focus. Career is fun... but it's not everything. I'm coming to realize that more every day.

So, I kind of have a girlfriend. Well, she's actively pursuing me and I don't mind. She's a paramedic. Met her online. She, too, is a birthmother... so we connect on a different level. She's very funny and sweet and a good mommy (she has three kids). She just went back to work. Again, balancing career and kids. I say kind of have a girlfriend because all we've done is gone out to lunch once and e-mailed. We'll see if it goes into the other realm soon enough.

Ok... I need to get back to work. I have loads to do an no earthly clue where to start. Maybe looking at legal contracts. Snore...,p/>Later!
