No Excuses

Same day, new entry.

So I've been doing some reading up on myself because its so easy to glorify the good old days. I'm facing facts.

1) I was stressed out at my jobs in Texas, both of them. I tend to glamorize the first one but it was really tough.
2) I have always been happiest with a) a full schedule and b) exercise on that schedule. I'm seeing a pattern where if I sit around I get depressed.
3) This diary was the key. When I stopped making entries my weight went from 171 to 210.

So here's the deal. Come hell or high water, I'm going to exercise. I checked out the 24 Hour Fitness Schedule and there are three very convenient clubs to me. So I highlighted all the classes that it would be convenient for me to go to. That way, when I have a lull in my day, I can look at the schedule, see something highlighted and go to it.

Check this out.

Everyday but Thursday during the work week there is a class going on at lunch.
- Monday: Weight Lifting
- Tuesday: Yoga
- Wednesday: Circuit Training
- Friday: Spinning

There are 7 am Spinning Classes that are on my way to work. I just have to get up for them!

After work, I can choose from a bunch of different activities!
- Monday: Spinning, Weight Lifting, Yoga
- Tuesday: Kick Boxing, Yoga
- Wednesday: Spinning, Kickboxing, Hip Hop Dancing
- Thursday: Weight Lifting, Yoga

The weekends look good too. I selected the classes that start at 10 am or later because I like to sleep in on the weekends.
- Saturday: Kickboxing, Yoga
- Sunday: Kickboxing, Yoga, Boot Camp, Water Aerobics

So, no more excuses. I'm getting my butt to the gym. Tonight, I need to find my IPod and locate my Nike's (yeah, its been THAT long). Maybe go for a nice long walk tonight. Tomorrow during lunch I'll do that Spin class.

Point is, I need to do something and I need to stay motivated. I'm not going to get thin any other way.

Food today:
- Cocoa-coffee drink
- White Rice
- One Mu Shu Burrito
- Chicken Parmesan
- Asparagus Risotto
- Vanilla Ice Cream with Raspberries
- One Corn Dog

Estimated Calories: Around 1,800
