I Love Hypnosis - 210
Good morning! I woke up this morning and I felt GREAT! Better than I have in a LONG time. What did I do different? Well, the only think I really did is check out iTunes for free hypnosis podcasts and I found Micheal White. All I can say is DAMN. He's really good! If you don't believe in hypnosis, at least take a listen for his motivational words and funny anecdotes. He's quite a blast. I woke up a little late but didn't go into my usual freak out. My hair (new hair cut) fell into place beautifully. I brushed my teeth, smiled at myself (haven't done THAT in ages) and put on some I walked in to work this morning and I felt good, happy, confident. I greeted my co-workers in Japanese (I work at a Japanese company) and they complimented me on my pronunication. I got complimented on my hair. A few of my coworkers actually petted me because they said my hair looked so soft. Here's the important part. I accepted the compliments! I even jokingly made a little purring sound as I was being pet.Nothing has changed. Our house still isn't rented. The past hasn't miraculously gone away. I'm still fat. But I feel good. Oh yeah! And I walked 1.5 miles during lunch, burning 119 calories. It's a start!Viva Hypnosis!!!!!Weight: 210P.S. Looking at things objectively, I'm going to start biking and hiking. It was helpful to get all the pros and cons down so I could get a fresh perspective on it.
